Hassan Riaz – Head of Legal Department at Khoie Group

Hassan Riaz's outstanding professional background includes qualifying as a Barrister in the United Kingdom and he brings to his new position legal experience acquired in both the UK and the Middle East.

Having specialised in corporate and commercial law, Hassan is also ideally qualified for the task of framing clear and secure contracts for properties in Ras Al Khaimah.

“I look forward to assisting with legal enquiries from buyers about title transfer, wills, succession and tax planning,” he says. “I am here to draft very fair, sound and well-researched agreements that cover all aspects of managing and transferring properties.”
