Following a successful entrepreneurial career spanning over 30 years in property development, engineering and IT in the United States, Asia and the Middle East, Frank Khoie founded Khoie Properties in Dubai in 2005

The company has established a niche position in the waterfront development sector with a major programme of mixed used residential, commercial and leisure projects on the newly created Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Construction is currently underway on two projects – La Hoya Bay Residence and La Hoya Bay Business Village; with further projects for a marina, luxury hotels and apartments currently in the design stage.

In addition, the company provides various support services and products in synergy with its core project development activity.
