There are great successes to report from the International Property Show 2008 at Dubai's World Trade Centre. Among the exciting developments was a $100m investment from leading Los Angeles real estate brokers Ramsey-Shilling.

Ramsey-Shilling's Chris Bonbright and Mr Frank T Khoie agreed the two companies will explore several common objectives. Ramsey-Shilling will set up a branch in Dubai and Khoie Properties will establish an office in Los Angeles. Ramsey-Shilling will also collaborate on a $500m investment in Khoie Group projects.

Memorandum of Understanding for the formation of Joint Venture between the Khoie Group and Ramsey-Shilling was signed on February 21st, 2008 in Dubai, by Mr Frank T. Khoie, Chairman/CEO of the Khoie Group and Mr Christopher V Bonbright, Chief Executive Officer of Ramsey-Shilling, Los Angeles.
