With the success of our initial project the La Hoya Bay Residence we are pleased to announce that Khoie Properties, will be releasing in the near future, a very stimulating new development named as The Regency. Construction work is well underway for the La Hoya Bay Residence along with The Business Village and we can proudly state that we are the only developer carrying out actual construction for our developments on the Marjan Island .

The Khoie Group also comprises of a manufacturing division named as Khoie Industries. This company manufacturers our own designed and built kitchens and bathrooms which are produced with the latest cutting edge machinery imported from Germany . This allows us to maintain the highest quality and standards for our customers.

Our Education Division is very busy in preparation for the opening of our first school project in the UAE. This project will benefit those residents who live in La Hoya Bay and have school going children. It will be called The American International Community School and will employ only internationally qualified teachers following the North American curriculum.

We will be going from strength to strength in the coming years and offering our valued customers a number of exciting new developments.
