Memorandum of Partnership for the establishment of the American University of Ras Al-Khaimah was signed on November 1st, 2007 by His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Sakr Al Qassimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, and Mr Khoie, Chairman/CEO of the Khoie Group.
