Dubai – Tuesday, May 8th, 2007 – Khoie Properties, the developers behind the La Hoya Bay Project, on Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, have announced the start of construction of their USD 150 million project - La Hoya Bay Business Village. This development comes only two months after the initial project launch in March 2007.
The La Hoya Bay Business Village is the second of series of projects planned on the magnificent Marjan Island by Khoie Properties.
