La Hoya Bay Residence, the new experience in waterfront luxury and quality lifestyle launched last week in Ras Al Khaimah has appointed Currie & Brown as the project manager for the $180 million USD phase one development.
La Hoya Bay Residence is the first phase of La Hoya Bay. Currie and Brown will project manage the construction of the first phase. This includes 725 freehold studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments, on site leisure amenities, the food and beverage outlets and the commercial property.
Mr Frank Khoie, Chairman and CEO of Khoie Properties, the developer behind La Hoya Bay Residence said, “Currie & Brown’s experience since 1876 is legendary and it is their international experience with similar luxury developments that has been a major factor is choosing their local team as La Hoya Bay’s project managers. Currie & Brown are currently managing major projects in the United Arab Emirates and the gulf region.
