New planning revisions for the enchantment of the La Hoya Bay project are underway to maintain the high standard of facilities and amenities that are expected from the Khoie Group.

With the design of the site landscaping, retail opportunities and parking allocations being analyzed, planning opportunities are being implemented to enhance the common spaces of La Hoya Residence. With high interest coming from numerous retailers we have modified certain requirements.

These improvement will require some adjustments to the preliminary underground construction, which is being implemented over the next week. Full construction will then continue uninterrupted.
