Despite enduring substantial losses and navigating lengthy legal battles, we refused to succumb to adversity. Instead, we channeled our energies into restructuring, rebuilding and regaining the trust of our valued stakeholders.

Today, thanks to the the visionary leadership of Dubai rulers, I am thrilled to announce our triumphant progress—a testament to the indomitable spirit of our team and the visionary ethos that defines Khoie Properties. We embark on a new chapter with several new projects in Dubai Marina, Jebel Ali Hills, Dubai South, and the World Islands. This milestone marks the beginning of a series of quality projects at design stage that will redefine excellence in real estate development.
